"Russia XXI" is an Academic Journal. It is published by the International Public Foundation "Experimental Creative Centre" (Kurginyan Centre) since January, 1993.

At the present moment the journal represents one of the most original periodicals. The journal is addressed not only to intellectuals and professionals but also to all those interested in pressing contemporary issues of politics, cultural studies, social, economic and political history.
